As an Environmental Health Staff Specialist with the County of Los Angeles, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our community. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $115,000 annually, depending on experience.

This challenging yet rewarding position involves providing technical staff assistance to environmental health managers, developing County-wide environmental health policies, programs, and standards, monitoring County-wide programs, and promoting uniformity of program administration.

To succeed in this role, you must have at least one year of experience as an Environmental Health Specialist III* in the service of the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Health. Additionally, you must hold a certificate as a Registered Environmental Health Specialist (REHS) issued by the California State Department of Public Health.
