As an Environmental Health Specialist with Safeguard EnviroGroup, you will be responsible for performing on-site asbestos/lead surveys, proposal generation, and final report creation. You will also have opportunities for additional management responsibilities within our hygienist service division.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site asbestos/lead surveys
  • Generate proposals and final reports
  • Assist in management responsibilities within the hygienist service division

Requirements:

  • Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST) - Minimum Requirement
  • Current California Department of Public Health (CA DPH) Certified Lead Inspector/Assessor and/or Project Monitor
  • NIOSH-582 Certification
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Valid CA driver's license and good driving record
  • Able to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders and stairs, crawl in spaces, stand and drive for periods of time, stoop, kneel as needed
