As a Centralized Production Technician at HealthDirect Pharmacy Services, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely entry of medication orders for various facilities. Key Responsibilities- Accurately enter patient profiles and medications into our system
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information for patients and facilities
- Process and manage billing and crediting for each facility on a monthly basis
- Assist in new home setup and implementation across the region
- May be required to travel to individual homes for meetings or drug exchanges
- Provide training and support to new employees
- Collaborate with the billing department to ensure the completion of unbilled reports
- Assign and manage daily unbilled reports
- Meet productivity standards as determined by the Regional Manager of Operations
- Support the management of outside services that impact HealthDirect customer service
- Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience as a pharmacy customer service technician for HealthDirect
- AS Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
- National PTCB certification
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Proficient with multiple remote technologies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
This is a remote position that requires a dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection. You must be able to work variable schedules, including nights and weekends, as needed.
Compensation$21.27 per hour. The final offer will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, and education.
