Job Summary

As a Centralized Production Technician at HealthDirect Pharmacy Services, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely entry of medication orders for various facilities. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter patient profiles and medications into our system
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information for patients and facilities
  • Process and manage billing and crediting for each facility on a monthly basis
  • Assist in new home setup and implementation across the region
  • May be required to travel to individual homes for meetings or drug exchanges
  • Provide training and support to new employees
  • Collaborate with the billing department to ensure the completion of unbilled reports
  • Assign and manage daily unbilled reports
  • Meet productivity standards as determined by the Regional Manager of Operations
  • Support the management of outside services that impact HealthDirect customer service
  • Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of experience as a pharmacy customer service technician for HealthDirect
  • AS Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
  • National PTCB certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Proficient with multiple remote technologies
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
Working Conditions

This is a remote position that requires a dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection. You must be able to work variable schedules, including nights and weekends, as needed.

Compensation

$21.27 per hour. The final offer will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, and education.
