Job Overview

About the Role: Lodgco Hospitality is in search of a part-time breakfast coordinator to assist with the breakfast service at our hotel. If you have a passion for culinary service and a commitment to outstanding guest relations, we would like to hear from you.

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for managing a high-quality breakfast service, which includes setup, serving, maintenance, breakdown, and cleaning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Uphold quality standards of the breakfast service during operational hours
  • Ensure food quality and availability are maintained
  • Keep the kitchen organized: wash, dry, and store all dishes, sweep and mop floors, vacuum carpets, clean countertops, dispose of trash, and maintain cleanliness of storage areas
  • Rotate food items appropriately
  • Manage inventory levels effectively
  • Conduct daily breakdown of breakfast service
  • Encourage and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Greet each guest warmly
  • Adhere to all Quality Assurance and Health Department regulations

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate verbally, listen, stand for extended periods, walk, kneel, stoop, bend, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.

WORK SCHEDULE:

This position requires flexible hours based on the hotel's operational needs, including evenings and weekends.
