Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' financial needs and goals
  • Provide personalized service and support to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell our products and services to our customers
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply that knowledge to improve our products and services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in business development, customer relationship management, and sales. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
