Job Overview

FC Bank is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Universal Associate to join our team. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Awareness

    • Assist clients in navigating our online banking platform and other digital tools.

    • Ensure accurate and timely completion of client transactions, account maintenance, and other banking tasks.
    • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; related experience and secondary education are preferred.
  • Language and Communication Skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other banking software.
  • Mathematical Skills
    • Basic math skills, including the ability to perform calculations and handle cash transactions.
  • Reasoning and Problem-Solving Skills
    • Ability to apply common sense and problem-solving skills to resolve client issues and complete tasks.
