  • Plan deliveries using the Inbound Planning Tool and schedule drivers to meet customers' expectations with efficient workloads.
  • Communicate with customers and company employees on delivery concerns and ensure that customers' requirements are being met.
  • Enter customer pickup requests and assign pickups to the appropriate driver.

Requirements:

  • Ability to resolve conflicts and make recommendations to the Terminal Manager.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of logistics and transportation operations.
