Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for our CRM and Proprietary Inventory applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand application architecture, functionalities, and integrations.
  • Perform system configuration, maintenance, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Participate in testing activities, including regression testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Analyze and document user requirements, and translate them into technical specifications for application enhancements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback, prioritize enhancements, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to application support and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Provide training and support to end-users as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in technical application support, analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of application architecture, databases, and integration technologies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or SQL.
  • Experience with enterprise application platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tool Jira is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Oracle Certified Associate) are a plus.
