Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Application Analyst III to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing IVR applications using the Nuance NVP platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop VXML applications for IVR systems
  • Develop and maintain IVR servers, web, and microservices
  • Support tasks including monitoring, patching, and maintenance for IVR systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve system health

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a primary role managing a similar product
  • Extensive experience in Design/Development of VXML applications as related to Nuance NVP and NDF
  • Knowledge of telephony/telecom systems and CTI integration with Avaya, Cisco, and Genesys
  • Linux/server and admin skills, including Unix Shell Scripting
  • Java skills, including Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, JSP
  • SQL skills, including developing queries for Oracle, Hana, AWS Aurora
  • DevOps knowledge, including Git, Jenkins, Maven, and Nexus
  • Kubernetes and AWS container skills, including familiarity with Nirmata for container management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, Jenkins, SAP HANA, Jira, and Java script
  • Demonstrated success in complex problem-solving and quality delivery
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work with others
