Job Overview

Futures Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and mechanical systems, including 3-phase motors and VFDs.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, machine drawings, and technical manuals.
  • Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as electrical control circuits and standard safety circuits.
  • Use advanced diagnostic tools, such as meters and meggers, to identify and repair equipment issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of equipment.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize and schedule maintenance activities.
  • Communicate effectively with the maintenance team, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Strong industrial electrical experience, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in maintenance and repair.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
