Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and close sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of FirstLight's products and services to effectively meet customer needs.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of sales solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a telecommunications or ISP environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications industry and terminology.
- Experience selling to mid-market to large enterprise, healthcare, and financial services.
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent.

- Strategic thinking with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts.

- Estimated base annual salary is anticipated to be between $80,000-$85,000.
