About the Role:As a Registered Nurse at Sunrise, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the health and well-being of our residents, while also promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance in all aspects of care
- Oversee the coordination of resident health and wellness needs, including ancillary services and medication management
- Recruit, hire, and train clinical team members, and provide performance management and evaluation
- Develop and implement individualized service plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Current state license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN)
- Two years of RN experience, including at least one year in home health, assisted living, or long-term care
- Minimum of one year of nurse management experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Excellent assessment, medication administration, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours as needed
