Job Description

This Sales position requires interacting with customers, assessing their heating and cooling needs, and recommending solutions to improve comfort and energy efficiency.

  2. Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their HVAC needs.
  3. Conduct in-home evaluations to assess the current HVAC system and suggest improvements.
  4. Explain the features and benefits of different HVAC products and services.
  5. Stay updated on HVAC products, industry trends, and regulations.
  6. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  7. Foster strong relationships with customers to generate loyalty and referrals.
  8. Work closely with the installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
