Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: You will act as the primary functional expert on the IT team, guiding the implementation of WMS solutions that align with our business objectives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will assess requirements and design effective strategies to optimize our warehouse operations.
  • Process Improvement: In partnership with process leads, you will create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, conduct gap analyses, and oversee the selection and implementation of software solutions. Your expertise will ensure that best practices are integrated into our supply chain processes.
  • Systems Integration: You will manage software implementation projects, coordinating with business leaders and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and user training. Your hands-on approach will be essential in driving successful upgrades and implementations of key systems.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business information systems or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience with WMS implementations, preferably with SaaS solutions.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and shipping processes.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles and the interplay between WMS and ERP systems.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and user story development.
