Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow existing accounts.
  • Sell additional services to clients.
  • Build and maintain effective professional relationships with clients.
  • Contact and visit clients to help them better understand company products and services.
  • Handle queries about company products and services.
  • Build up detailed knowledge about the company's products.
  • Plan for and attend trade shows to establish new business.
  • Provide customer service to business partners.
  • Educate business partners and end users on company products and services.
  • Provide proactive assistance and support to clients and business partners.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of related medical sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
  • Experience in the wound care space preferred.
  • Experience with CRM software a plus.
  • Experience with using video conferencing software (Microsoft Office Teams, GoToMeeting).
Competencies:
  • Ability to take initiative and problem solve.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to actively engage in conversations with clients.
  • Ability to present oneself as well as the company in a professional manner.
  • Proficient in the use of a personal computer and corresponding programs.

Work Environment:
