  • Handle inquiries from customers and staff with professionalism and a positive attitude.

  • Exhibit an outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.

Essential Qualities:
The ideal candidate for the Food & Beverage Sales Assistant role should possess qualities such as organization, attention to detail, adaptability, empathy, planning skills, proactivity, and openness to change.

Physical Requirements:
Must be capable of lifting and pushing weights exceeding 25 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary based on qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with contributions from both employees and the company, life and disability insurance, an employee assistance program, paid time off, and various incentives and rewards.

Work Environment:
This position is classified as exempt and full-time, with a schedule that typically runs Monday through Friday, including a rotating full-time schedule between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, with occasional hours outside of standard business times as necessary.

Reporting Structure:
This role reports directly to the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer.
