Job Title: Janitorial Professional

The cleaning associate plays a vital role at Dream Clean Inc. as they execute the tasks our clients require in their homes and businesses. As a janitorial professional, you will be responsible for performing all duties associated with cleaning client homes, properties for realtors, businesses, and property managers.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients upon arrival and understand their unique cleaning needs
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting and vacuuming rooms, scouring sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets, mopping and steaming floors
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
  • Work efficiently to maximize client impact while maintaining costs
  • Operate company vehicles and transport equipment from headquarters to client sites and between clients
  • Communicate with leadership to provide input on project details, client communications, issues, and accidents

Requirements:
  • Educational requirement: high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in housecleaning or hotel housekeeping
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance with reliable transportation to and from worksites
  • Experience with various cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Excellent physical stamina and health
  • Must possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and flexibility
  • Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year based on location and experience.
