Position Overview
As a Sales Consultant at Frontier Justice, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and showcasing our diverse product range.

Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions from our inventory.
2. Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting multiple items and utilizing suggestive selling techniques.
3. Store Standards: Uphold visual merchandising standards and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Operational Excellence
Report any operational concerns to the Boutique Supervisor and ensure adherence to store protocols, particularly regarding the POS system and loss prevention.

Client Education: Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and stay informed about market trends to educate clients effectively.

Collaboration:
Foster positive relationships within the organization and with external vendors, clients, and the community.

Essential Skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients while providing high-quality service.
- Strong sales acumen with a focus on encouraging multiple item purchases.
- Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1-2 years of retail experience is advantageous.

Work Environment
Normal overtime and extended hours may be required. Physical capability to audit and inspect all operations is necessary.

Compensation
Salary range: $13-14 per hour.
