Housing Recertification Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Housing Recertification Coordinator to join our team at Dayton Metropolitan Housing. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the recertification process, ensuring that all residents meet the eligibility requirements for continued public housing occupancy. You will work closely with residents, portfolio managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the recertification process, including scheduling appointments, collecting required documents, and conducting interviews.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the recertification process.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recertification process.
• Collaborate with the portfolio manager to resolve any issues related to fraud or non-compliance.
• Communicate regularly with residents and stakeholders to keep them informed about the recertification process.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, or social work) and two to five years of related experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
