We are seeking a talented Program Manager to lead our People Development and Culture, Communications team's efforts in driving talent development and engagement initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our company's culture and contribute to our mission of powering global innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance talent development and engagement across Global Operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute culture and engagement initiatives that promote innovation and collaboration
- Analyze program effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in people development and culture
- Proven track record of success in talent development and engagement initiatives
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and build relationships
- Demonstrated program management skills with minimal supervision

Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated annual salary: $140,000 - $180,000 based on location and experience
