About the Position
Disability Solutions is seeking a Workplace Strategist to enable business goals and company culture through the delivery of workplace environments and services. This role will involve managing a team of space and occupancy managers, planning space analysis, establishing core program standards, and implementing regular communications with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of experts in supporting supply and demand planning, real estate strategy, and space efficiency
  • Evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement through regular meetings with outsourced occupancy management team members
  • Establish standardized processes, templates, and outputs for global scale implementation
  • Maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop occupancy solutions


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, workplace consulting, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in occupancy or space planning, or facilities management
  • Strong knowledge of workplace best practices and operation models
  • Familiarity with CAFM and Building Management Systems
  • Ability to travel within the US (less than 10% anticipated)


Compensation: $114,300 - $194,300 Annually. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
