Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Director, IT and Facilities to lead our IT and facilities functions, driving strategy and implementation to enable the work we do today and our ability to scale.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive IT and facilities strategy, aligning with organizational goals and maximizing space and technology.
  2. Ensure physical and digital security across the organization, implementing and enforcing security policies.
  3. Manage infrastructure and services, including space planning, networks, telecommunications, and servers.
  4. Develop creative solutions for systems and processes, leveraging IT and facilities principles.
  5. Partner with expert service providers to deliver successful IT and facilities services.
  6. Drive metrics for service performance, availability, and reliability.
  7. Cultivate a culture of innovation, promoting cross-collaboration and a service culture.
  8. Develop and manage budgets, achieving desired outcomes and cost-optimization.
Requirements
  • Proven IT and facilities leadership experience.
  • Extensive IT experience with successful implementations and management of corporate applications.
  • Strong security experience, including policy development and incident response.
  • Broad knowledge of personal device management, system design, and network architecture.
  • Strong facilities background, including preventive maintenance and ongoing maintenance.
  • Experience implementing safety programs and managing OSHA.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex matters.
  • Experience with budget management for IT and facility purposes.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to streamline operational capabilities.
  • Experience in finding and managing outstanding vendors.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Must be high energy and self-motivated.
  • Strong problem-solving, research, and analytical/data-driven skills.
  • Enthusiastic approach to work.
  • Advanced project management skills.
Salary and Benefits
