Job Overview
Troon International is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Golf Merchandise Attendant. Ideal candidates will excel in a Golf Hospitality setting and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute opening and closing tasks for the retail shop.
- Ensure accurate handling of all sales transactions for Members and Guests.
- Manage tee time bookings efficiently.
- Support the organization of merchandise inventory and maintain tidy displays.
- Collaborate with guest services and management to coordinate starting times and play on the course.
- Assist with member events and external tournaments as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and a minimum of three months of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Qualifications:
Consistent and dependable attendance is essential. Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Skills and Attributes:
Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service, work effectively in a team environment, and maintain a positive attitude.
