Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet guests with a positive and friendly manner, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Retail Sales: Process retail sales and cash register transactions, handle cash and make change as required, and operate a cash register to conduct sales transactions.
  • Store Maintenance: Restock shelves and maintain merchandise and visual display standards, ensuring a neat, clean, and organized store at all times.
  • Teamwork: Contribute to a team effort and accomplish related results as required.

Requirements:

  • Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Experience: Six months of cash handling or customer service experience.
  • License: Required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and obtain and maintain an Osage Nation gaming license.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day, ability to sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch while performing duties, and occasional requirement to lift or move upwards of 50 pounds.

Work Environment:

  • Work is generally performed in a retail setting with a moderate noise level.
  • Evening and/or weekend shifts may be required.
