Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at Ace Hardware. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with sales floor operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a positive and welcoming experience for customers
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stock room, and outdoor merchandise area
• Assist with receiving, checking in, and stocking merchandise
• Assist with daily maintenance, orderliness, and cleanliness of the sales floor and stock room
• Provide assistance to Department Specialists, including price changes and special orders
• Ensure signage is current throughout the store
• Operate a forklift with proper training

Requirements:

• High School or GED equivalent
• Formal retail experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25lbs
