Job Summary

The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting in the receiving, stocking, and pricing of merchandise, as well as maintaining a clean and orderly store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Assist customers in finding products and provide recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
    • Ensure all customer interactions are positive and respectful.
  • Store Operations:
    • Assist in receiving, checking in, and stocking merchandise throughout the store.
    • Maintain back stock levels and ensure a clean and orderly sales floor.
    • Operate a forklift with proper training and assist with daily maintenance and cleanliness of the sales floor, stock room, and outdoor merchandise area.
  • Education and Experience:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Formal retail experience preferred.

Physical Demands:

The Sales Associate will be required to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds throughout the workday.
