Sales Associate Part Time Representative

{"Overall Responsibilities": "As a Sales Associate at PVH Corp., you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and achieving sales goals. Your primary function will be to sell and promote Tommy Hilfiger merchandise through the execution of the TH Customer Service Standards. You will also perform a variety of operational activities as assigned by Store Management, including maintaining store organization, fixtures, and hardware, as well as ensuring consistent and accurate replenishment of product onto the sales floor.", "Customer Service Responsibilities": "You will be expected to generate maximum sales potential in accordance with the TH Customer Service standards, build a repeat customer base through excellent service, and maintain strong knowledge regarding product, promotions, and special events to communicate to customers for more effective selling. You will also be responsible for fostering a positive store experience by treating all customers and staff members in a fair and consistent manner.", "Personal": "You will represent the TH image through personal and professional appearance, demonstrate professional image and conduct, and be flexible to work rotating hours as assigned by management. You will also be expected to communicate concerns to management, maintain respect of peer group, staff, and supervisor, and create energy and excitement around shared goals and values.", "Operational Responsibilities": "You will adhere to Policies and Procedures, observe sales floor and stockroom for loss prevention, and advise management of any unusual internal or external activity. You will also be responsible for executing Opening and Closing checklist duties as directed by store management to ensure the store is always ready for business.", "Merchandising & Visual Responsibilities": "You will ensure consistent and accurate replenishment of product onto the sales floor, comply with visual presentation standards, and execute markdowns and re-merchandise as needed.
