About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer to join our team at Walmart Global Tech. As a key member of our Enterprise People Technology team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing cutting-edge web applications using ReactJS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable and secure web applications using ReactJS and related technologies.
  • Lead the design and implementation of complex software systems, ensuring seamless integration of components and modules.
  • Mentor junior developers and guide the team on coding patterns, languages, and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions and meet business requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to improve software development processes and tools.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on front-end development and ReactJS.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing scalable and secure software systems, with a deep understanding of distributed systems and scalability.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
  • Experience with automation frameworks, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of GraphQL and REST APIs, with experience in integrating analytics and crash analytics.
