Chief Development Officer

Trinity Health seeks a seasoned Chief Development Officer to lead our philanthropic efforts and drive fundraising initiatives across our healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to achieve corporate goals
- Oversee the development of policies and procedures, annual, capital, and planned giving campaigns, cultivation and stewardship events, and donor database management
- Manage the Foundation budget and financial reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability
- Establish and maintain relationships with foundations, donor prospects, healthcare providers, and community leaders to promote public support and awareness
- Collaborate with System Leadership, Marketing/Public Relations, and Finance to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's in Nonprofit Administration or similar field preferred
- Minimum 5 years' experience in nonprofit fund development, with 3 years of team management experience
- Strong organizational, customer service, productivity, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to mentor team members and garner major gift fundraising
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in project management and public relations
