Job Title: Information Security Manager

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Manager to join our team at Daifuku North America. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive information security program to protect our company's data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain information security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Evaluate and report on information security risks to meet compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement a risk management program with regular assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure security architecture aligns with risk management strategies.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents, coordinating with internal teams and external partners as needed.
  • Implement and manage security tools and technologies to protect our information systems.
  • Lead the design and execution of security awareness training programs for employees.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices.
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Experience in enterprise security architecture design and implementation.
  • Experience in developing and enforcing information security policies and procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in information security, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CISA are highly desirable.
