About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Products Manager to lead our Enterprise Data Warehouse and reporting functions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, building, and organizing our data management capabilities to drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the growth, quality, and efficiency of the Data Management team
  • Develop and coach a team of developers and data architects
  • Oversee the progress and evolution of modernizing the data analytics stack to meet the needs of our growing organization
  • Partner with key cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide solutions through metrics, reports, and dashboards
  • Collaborate with other IT leaders for assistance in data extraction and transformation/data movement from various systems into the enterprise data warehouse
  • Escalate data compliance issues to the attention of management/appropriate partners
  • Oversee the progress towards modernizing the data analytics stack which includes the enterprise data warehouse, cloud analytics, and moving towards AI/ML
  • Build an enterprise-based data-first culture by creating data standards and governance along with communications around the enterprise's data and analytics platform for digital business
  • Educate various business groups on roles, responsibilities, processes, and deliverables required to support the effective delivery of analytical solutions
  • Partner with cybersecurity team and help to ensure company compliance with applicable data security, data protection, and regulations around the LCG Data world
  • Expand the organization's research and analytics offerings, especially in emerging analytical approaches, skills, and technologies, focusing them on digital business innovation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of professional experience in information technology or application systems
  • 5+ years of management/supervisory experience with a concentration in information technology or data application systems
  • At least 3 years of experience with public cloud technologies and frameworks for data management such as Azure, AWS
  • Experience with full software development life cycle in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with concepts such as data lake, cloud analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning
