Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Culinary Operations Manager to oversee our kitchen activities. The successful candidate will be hands-on, committed to high-quality food preparation, and focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and financial outcomes. If you are a culinary expert who excels in a dynamic environment, we would like to hear from you.

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality, safety, and profitability.
  • Design creative menus utilizing seasonal ingredients and catering to customer preferences.
  • Manage kitchen personnel, provide training, and uphold high culinary standards.
  • Control departmental expenses, evaluate financial data, and formulate business strategies.
  • Improve customer service by training staff and surpassing guest expectations.
  • Develop and lead a motivated team, establish objectives, and offer continuous feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A.S. degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in culinary or kitchen management
  • Extensive experience in catering is preferred
  • Strong understanding of food trends, quality assurance, and cost management
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office
  • ServSafe certification is advantageous
