We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team at Adams and Associates, Inc. as an Admissions Counselor.
As an Admissions Counselor, you will be responsible for the recruitment and arrival coordination of Job Corps students. You will identify and develop Center-beneficial partnerships that lead to student benefit and success. You will determine student qualifications, eligibility, and suitability for Job Corps enrollment, ensuring strict confidentiality of sensitive information and integrity of student data.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess an Associates degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or a closely related field, and two years of related experience. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. You must also have experience in successful Job Corps enrollment or successful enrollment in other youth development programs. Additionally, you must possess a valid in-State Driver's License and meet Company insurability requirements.
