  • Stay informed about advancements and best practices in ERP and IT administration.
  • Deliver necessary ERP and Cyber training to employees.
  • Monitor and maintain ERP systems, networks, and servers.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

  • Experience with software and hardware.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Extensive experience with ERP, IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of best practices in ERP, IT administration, and system security.
  • Proficiency in SQL databases and SQL certification.
  • Over 3 years of experience in IT or database administration.
  • Familiarity with Infor Syteline and Factory Track.
