Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Care Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing processes to ensure quality, efficient, and extraordinary service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing customer care team
  • Develop and maintain metrics to enhance performance and customer satisfaction
  • Escalate customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and consistency
  • Conduct regular 1-1s with team members to provide coaching and feedback
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and drive process improvements
