ServiceMaster TRS is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Account Manager. In this essential role, you will be tasked with generating new business by cultivating and sustaining relationships with key referral sources, including insurance agents, adjusters, claims representatives, property managers, and other stakeholders.
Position Summary
As a Regional Account Manager, you will lead sales initiatives, foster enduring client relationships, and enhance our market presence. Your role will be pivotal in driving new business by engaging with key referral sources and collaborating with our team to create effective sales strategies. This position is critical for meeting our revenue targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000+ (Base Salary with Commission Potential)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue key referral prospects to generate new business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and other stakeholders.
- Execute and oversee sales activities to meet KPIs and sales objectives, including invoiced amounts, number of referrals, and new business partners.
- Collaborate closely with other sales representatives and the operations team to drive branch revenue and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to highlight our services and demonstrate the value we provide.
- Stay updated on industry trends and local market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven sales or business development experience, preferably in restoration, insurance, or property management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated capability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented, proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the disaster restoration industry, insurance claims process, and local market dynamics.
- Other: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
