The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Hospital Operations is tasked with the comprehensive oversight of hospital management and resources to fulfill the organization's mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.

As the designated representative of the organization and its governing body, the CEO is responsible for steering the execution of corporate objectives and strategic goals. Reporting directly to the Division President, the CEO will spearhead the formulation and implementation of outpatient care and ambulatory initiatives, along with other designated responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage hospital operations, encompassing human resources, operational efficiency, and financial stewardship.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations to boost public engagement and referral growth.
  • Contribute to the budgeting process, compliance oversight, and strategic planning initiatives.

Leadership Qualities

The CEO exemplifies inclusive leadership, prudent resource management, adept problem-solving capabilities, and sound judgment. They are also proficient in strategic planning, effective communication, quality enhancement, and team development.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in hospital leadership or comparable roles within the healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in corporate strategy, board engagement, and multi-facility operations.
  • Experience in Rehabilitation or Long-Term Acute Care is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, numerical proficiency, and the capability to synthesize concepts into actionable strategic plans.
