**Job Summary:**

**Requirements:**

  • 10+ years of experience in account management, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving growth and retention with existing clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry.
