Job Overview

Insight Global is in search of an Enterprise Solutions Architect to become a vital part of a dynamic team within one of our premier financial services partners.

The Enterprise Solutions Architect will play a crucial role in delivering support, direction, and expertise to IT initiatives and projects from conception through completion. This role involves conducting research, identifying industry and technology trends, and proposing suitable solutions, methodologies, and strategies to meet organizational objectives.

This position requires close collaboration with the Enterprise Architecture team, aligning business needs with innovative technological solutions and steering the strategic definition of solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in enterprise systems and work collaboratively to convert technical challenges into opportunities for innovation.

The candidate should have a broad knowledge base while also being capable of specializing in key areas.


Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a Solutions Architect within the enterprise technology division.

We are looking for a seasoned architect who can effectively communicate technology solutions to stakeholders, technical colleagues, and business partners through roadmaps, conceptual diagrams, and solution documentation.

The candidate should demonstrate thoughtfulness, technical depth, and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with both internal and external teams in developing scalable, adaptable, and state-of-the-art solutions.

You will be expected to work alongside peers within the organization to define and implement the technical vision of the company.

Ensure that solutions are appropriate for their intended purpose by engaging with stakeholders, vendors, and assessing the implications of strategic design choices.

Evaluate current technologies utilized within the organization and devise processes for enhancement.

Influence, negotiate, and lead evaluations and implementations of technology alternatives across the Technology and Line of Business sectors.

Ability to navigate a variety of third-party applications and internally developed solutions.


Consult with the business to gain a clear understanding of business challenges and technological hurdles, devising creative solutions through practical experiments and proofs of concept.

Ensure that architecture is flexible, modular, and designed for easy adaptation.

Verify adherence to architectural standards, practices, and enterprise or departmental policies.
