Job Overview

The Senior Azure Cloud Solutions Architect will be responsible for shaping the cloud strategy and architecture for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing architectural policies, standards, and governance frameworks to align with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborating with vendors to enforce policies and procedures effectively.
  • Defining the approach for cloud adoption and migration to facilitate extensive cloud transformation projects.
  • Implementing best practices for Azure Cloud to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assisting in the migration of existing applications and the development of new solutions utilizing Azure cloud services.
  • Enhancing the flexibility, speed, quality, scalability, supportability, and cost-effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  • Providing robust technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven experience with large-scale Azure migration projects.
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders on trade-offs, best practices, project management, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Strategic thinking regarding business, product, and technical challenges.
  • Experience implementing Azure services in enterprise settings.
  • Familiarity with IT compliance and risk management standards (e.g., security, privacy, HIPAA).

This position requires candidates to be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
