Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at DoJo Wellness LLC. As a key member of our studio operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing sales staff, and overseeing all studio sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead generation through grassroots marketing and networking efforts
  • Implement sales processes to schedule prospects into intro sessions
  • Drive membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts
  • Manage sales staff schedules and supervise sales representatives and flexologists
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate inventory counts and stock studio retail/products
  • Independently make decisions related to high-level customer service and collect outstanding dues
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio and enforce StretchLab policies and procedures
  • Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
  • Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
Requirements
  • 2+ years of membership sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry
  • Confident in generating personal sales and training sales reps in sales
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owners
  • Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
  • An affinity and passion for fitness
  • Solid writing and grammar skills
  • Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work harmoniously with coworkers, clients, and the general public
  • Proficiency with computers and studio software

Work Environment

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year.
