Job Overview

Fresh Form Draft is seeking a skilled Event Planning Specialist to manage all aspects of event planning, from initial concept to final execution. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills to work with vendors, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and execute events such as conferences, product launches, trade shows, and company meetings.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and within allocated limits.
  • Research and secure venues, catering services, equipment, and other necessary event supplies.
  • Work with external vendors such as caterers, decorators, and AV technicians to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Handle event logistics including guest registration, transportation, and accommodations if needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and ensure maximum attendance.
  • Oversee on-site event execution, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and ensure the event runs smoothly from start to finish.
  • Gather feedback and compile reports on event effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event planning or coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and event management software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes.
