We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Operations Assistant to join our team at UW Health. This role will provide administrative support to our clinical operations team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily staffing schedules and weekly/monthly float requests, including sick-call coverage and communication with the float pool.
  • Schedule staff and provider meetings, create agendas and materials, and take meeting minutes.
  • Review and prepare time cards weekly and biweekly.
  • Reconcile invoices and order supplies.
