About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our clients, and helping to drive business growth through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues
  • Work closely with our agent to manage website and social media content
  • Assist with marketing efforts to promote our products and services
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales and customer service strategies
Requirements
  • Interest in marketing and sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
