Job Details:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of design concepts, collaborating with our multidisciplinary team, and utilizing Revit and AutoCAD to prepare and revise architectural plans and drawings.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of design concepts and ensure their execution throughout all project stages.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to create comprehensive design solutions.
  • Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to prepare and revise architectural plans and drawings.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Oversee the quality of project deliverables and ensure they adhere to industry standards and company guidelines.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in project meetings and present design proposals and project updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the Engineering industry.
  • Proficiency in architectural design, planning, and problem-solving.
  • Strong skills in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Experience in managing commercial projects from concept to completion.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Professional registration as an Architect is preferred but not essential.
