Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aviation Captain to join our team at The Widewaters Group. As a key member of our flight department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct pre-flight inspections and ensure all necessary clearances are obtained
  • Operate the aircraft safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant regulations and procedures
  • Collaborate with other crew members to ensure smooth flight operations
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain and improve skills
  • Perform post-flight inspections and complete all necessary paperwork
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university
  • 5 years of flight experience, with 1 year as Captain
  • Valid Department of Motor Vehicle Driver's License
  • Jet Type Rating (BE-400 Type Rating preferable but negotiable)
  • FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
  • 1st Class Medical
  • Ability to pass a background check
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to live within 2 hours of Syracuse airport and be available to work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
