About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide multi-disciplined security support to a customer's organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of sensitive information and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support for classified activities, including Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and Special Access Program (SAP) operations.
  • Conduct classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Assist in the maintenance of a document accountability database and associated correspondence, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Process inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records, adhering to strict security protocols.
  • Perform destruction of classified materials, following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Process magnetic media for accountability, ensuring accurate tracking and storage.
  • Reproduce support for classified materials, utilizing secure and approved methods.
  • Maintain various daily logs for administrative functions associated with document control, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Assist in the processing of inbound data and outbound data transfer files, adhering to strict security protocols.
  • Transfer electronic data files to internal customers, ensuring secure and efficient transmission.
  • Maintain an extensive customer database point of contact listing, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist with researching, processing, filing, and maintaining inbound and outbound visit notices, adhering to strict security protocols.
  • Escort facility visitors and maintain associated logs, ensuring secure and controlled access.
  • Assist in the preparation of facility access control badges, adhering to strict security protocols.
  • Conduct entry and exit inspections, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Assist in the maintenance of facility access control entry systems, to include visitor control, ensuring secure and efficient access.
  • Perform data entry to the Personnel Access Security System database and maintain customer-sponsored billets and quota information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Assist in maintaining personnel security files for all personnel of the supported element, adhering to strict security protocols.
  • Follow and enforce the customer's Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Provide support for security awareness and education programs, promoting a culture of security and compliance.
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative support functions as directed by the contractor site lead and/or the Senior Security Representative, ensuring efficient and effective support.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of related experience, with a strong background in security operations and intelligence support.
  • Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) counts towards 3 years of experience, with a strong understanding of security principles and practices.
  • Special Program Security Certification (SPSC) counts towards 5 years of experience, with a strong understanding of SAP operations and protocols.
  • Maximum equivalent experience for SPED Certifications is no more than 5 years, with a strong understanding of security operations and intelligence support.
  • SAP experience desired, with a strong understanding of SAP operations and protocols.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience (4 years), with a strong understanding of security principles and practices.
  • TS/SCI required, with the ability to attain - TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
