As a Licensed Insurance Advisor, you will contribute to the growth of a local Allstate agency by connecting with new clients and fostering strong community relationships. You will utilize your insurance expertise and sales acumen to enhance customers' understanding of insurance value and build lasting relationships through trusted guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet sales targets by generating new business and cross-selling to current clients
- Identify and assess sales leads from various sources
- Assist clients in safeguarding their interests by recommending suitable Allstate products
- Serve the local community by helping them prepare for life's uncertainties
- Educate potential clients on how to protect their families and assets
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Strong interest in pursuing a sales career; prior sales experience is a plus
- Must possess a Property and Casualty license
- Self-motivated and confident individual who excels in independent work
- Able to manage multiple tasks, follow through, and maintain communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
