We are seeking an experienced Associate Vice President to lead our Women's & Infant Services Division at Virginia Hospital Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient care and outcomes in women's health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement patient care services goals, objectives, and standards of performance
  • Organize and direct the Division in accordance with administrative guidelines and policies
  • Function in an advisory capacity to administration in evaluating proposed procedural changes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing required, Master's degree preferred
  • Five years of nursing leadership experience
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the Virginia Department of Health Professions or Compact State Licensure in Nursing
