About the Role:This is a full-time position working a day/evening split shift. As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to critically ill patients, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in critical care nursing.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a BSN degree.
- Minimum of one year of RN experience in an ICU setting.
- Current MA RN License and BLS certification.
- ACLS certification preferred.
